T-4What’s inside
Real output, not a mockup.
Run on three of my repos. Copied as it came out, trimmed with “…”.
~/gyotaku · Reads your repo, asks up to 8 questions, plans launch week.
~/gyotaku $ /lm:start
I understood gyotaku as a free, offline, GPL-3.0 app that searches every screenshot by the text inside it.
…
## Risks, most serious first
1. Most of your audience can't install it. It's Linux x86_64 only and built from source: several minutes of compiling and 3 GB of free disk. Devs and students mostly use macOS and Windows. Before 10-05, either ship prebuilt Linux binaries with checksums, or say "linux only" in the launch post.
2. Install trust. README step 2 installs Rust by piping a script into the shell (curl ... | sh). …
3. Slow first value. Indexing 5,159 screenshots took 43 minutes (docs/performance.md). The README should say up front that it indexes newest first and search works while it runs.
…
## Next action
The install-path decision blocks most of the plan, so run /lm:trust today (T-7). /lm:readme comes after it.

~/lore · Finds the one-sentence pain and the hook. Three options, one pick.
~/lore $ /lm:position
1. Pain
the perfect reaction meme exists. nobody can find it in time.
This is still [assumption]. It's your own wording, and the repo has 0 issues, so there are no user words to back it yet.
2. Winning hook (D, borrowed tool)
discord's gif button has every gif on the internet. none of the ones your friends made.
so i built our group's own tenor. search, click, paste -> it shows up as the image.
free, open source, cloudflare's free tier. you bring the domain.
It won 11/12 against 10 for each of the others. Without the product name, "our group's own tenor" tells a Discord user what it is and how it behaves. "A meme wall" made a stranger stop and picture it. …

~/utsushot · Your launch post, the first reply and when to post, in your voice.
~/utsushot $ /lm:x-launch
1. The pick (Draft A, 274 characters):
grim -s 4 doesn't give you a sharper screenshot. just a bigger one. shrink it back, it's 98% the same image.
so i built utsushot. the app redraws at a real 4x on a screen you never see.
same 7680x4320 as grim. the text is drawn at 4x.
free. open source. niri only for now.
2. First reply (post it right after; about 215 characters):
github.com/xevrion/utsushot
how it works: niri can't create outputs over ipc yet, so it starts a nested niri sized past your screen at scale 4 and runs the app in there. sway and hyprland are planned, not done yet.
3. Why A won: its first line is something any reader can check with one command, and the 98% figure (README, RMSE 0.018) backs it up right away. The critic's final score is 8/10, PASS, and it agreed with the pick.

~/lore · Rewrites the top of your README. Shows a diff, applies only on yes.
~/lore $ /lm:readme
… the README reviewer gave it 6/10. The top 3 problems:
1. Nothing to try. The only path is setting up your own copy, so Show HN visitors have no link to click.

3. It doesn't match the launch post, and two claims aren't true yet. … "About ten minutes" was never timed …

## Critic log
- Round 1 (lm:cringe-critic): A PASS 7/10, B REVISE 5/10, C REVISE 6/10, first reply PASS 8/10, follow-up PASS 8/10. Fixed: A's last line, since grim makes the same pixel count. Also B's opener and proof, C's order, "over ipc yet" in the reply, and the stacked "still"s in the follow-up. The critic's "every glyph drawn fresh" was narrowed to "the text is drawn at 4x", since only Wayland-native toolkits re-render (README).
- Round 2: all five PASS. A 8/10, B 7/10, C 7/10, first reply 8/10, follow-up 8/10. The critic agreed with the pick.

## Critic log
- Round 1 (lm:cringe-critic): A PASS 7/10. B REVISE 4/10: it claimed the live screen above native, which the README says needs a patch. C REVISE 5/10. Pitch REVISE 6/10: "4x" and "Wayland" with no niri scope. Flagged lines rewritten.
- Round 2: A PASS 8/10, B PASS 7/10 (one line reordered so "the app" is the subject), C PASS 7/10, pitch PASS 8/10. Every claim traced to the README or the CHANGELOG.

T-1FAQ
Questions.
Short answers, no small print.
Isn’t this just a pack of prompts?
No. Scripts that run, 132 places read from their rules pages, critics that score, and data from 3 real launches. Claude can write a post alone. The kit adds what it can’t know.
Does it post for me?
Never. Every skill stops at a draft. You post it from your own account.
How do I get it?
Buy it, connect your GitHub, and you’re added to a private repo. Install it as a Claude Code plugin. It works in any repo.
What if a rule changed?
Every place shows when it was checked. Past 30 days the kit warns you, and the rules-checker agent re-reads the live page.
Refunds?
Yes. The exact refund window goes up with the terms, before checkout opens. Your access to the private repo goes with the refund.
